Trench Shoring Company is proud to participate with NAXSA in “Shore Up for Safety Week” May 5 - 9, 2025. NAXSA’s annual “Shore Up for Safety” is a week-long, nationwide mobilization of members and colleagues as lifesavers, promoting safety awareness and training through hands-on activities with contractors and crews. The goal is to focus a full work week on reaching as many companies and workers as possible with critical information about the proper use of shoring systems – and to engage them in OSHA’s Subpart P to achieve NAXSA’s target of zero deaths and injuries. Getting the word out is also vital due to big policy changes at OSHA: Citations will now be issued separately for every violation, and a new National Emphasis Program means compliance personnel must stop at every excavation site they see, even if a hazard is not apparent.
